The challenge
We were challenged to design and develop a CRM for small businesses from the ground up as a SaaS web application.
This innovative piece of software was prototyped, and successfully raised external investment from our initial engagement. From here we collaborated with the owners to build out a huge range of functionality to meet their target client needs.
Data first
We showcased the data within the system by simplifying the page layouts and removing on page distractions.
Fluid user flows
We created intuitive user flows that were inspired by eCommerce shops and mobile apps to give Xeus an edge over the competition.
Custom Kanban
Sales executives can track leads in a kanban view, dragging and dropping leads as they progress. Leads can be edited from the kanban dashboard, reducing the time spent moving between pages.
A future-proof design
The web app was designed and developed for growth as well as rapid innovation.
